Procedure:

An individually tailored 18-month trainee program with versatile stations in various locations (such as product development, quality management and plant management);

Intensive involvement in day-to-day business and working on specific projects;

Visits to our European locations as part of business trips;

Demand-oriented continuing education and training opportunities;

A personal mentor who will assist you throughout the entire trainee program;

A goal-oriented preparation for responsible activities in a global acting manufacturing company.

Requirements:

A technical university degree, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering, process or production engineering, plastics technology, etc.;

First experiences through relevant internships;

Proficient handling of all Microsoft Office applications;

German and English fluent in spoken and written communication;

Willingness to travel;

A goal-oriented preparation for responsible activities in a global acting manufacturing company;

Dedicated, highly motivated and team-oriented personality.
