Blow mold machines
The Mauser BM 201 blow-molding machine is mainly used for the production of large containers like the L-Ring and Open Head drums. Depending on market requirements, this machine can be customized by optional systems accessories such as fully automated deflashing, weighing, leak-testing and more.
BM 201 Coex
The higher-capacity BM 201 COEX blow-molding machine is mainly used for multilayer production of big size plastics packaging such as the Mauser Packaging Solutions L-Ring and Open Head drums.
The BM 202 blow-molding machine is mainly used for the production of big size plastics packaging such like the Mauser Packaging Solutions L-Ring and Open Top drums. This highly productive machine can produce up to 100 pieces per hour.
The primary function of our BM 2001 blow-molding machine is to produce 1000L IBCs like the Mauser Packaging Solutions SM IBC. Depending on the needs of the market, the BM 2001 can also be customized to produce L-Ring and Open Head drums, water tanks, plastic pallets and similar products. And it can be enhanced by available optional systems accessories such as fully automated deflashing, weighing, leak-testing and more.
The new high-performance SBM 21 blow-molding machine is used for the production of 20 – 30L industrial jerrycans, especially for plastics packaging designed for the transport of dangerous filling goods.
The SBM 21 blow-molding machine is manufactured by Mauser Packaging Solutions and SABMANN BLASFORMTECHNIK in Thailand.
