Mauser Packaging Solutions will be exhibiting at the National Fire Protection Association Conference and Expo in San Antonio, Texas on June 17-20.
The NFPA Conference and Expo is the premier event for fire, electrical and life safety professionals. Attendees have the opportunity to learn more about the latest challenges around the world as well as the cutting-edge solutions to solve them. The expo will showcase products and services needed to meet and maintain compliance with prevailing codes and standards in the design, construction and operation of buildings and facilities.
Mauser Packaging Solutions will be showcasing its UL certified Intermediate Bulk Container in booth 886. The SM13 EX UL IBC is permitted for storage of some classes of combustible liquids in accordance with the NFPA 30, Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code. This certification allows customers to utilize a more space efficient IBC design as opposed to the conventional 55-gallon steel drum.
The UL certified IBC unit incorporates a fire-resistant blanket that encloses the entire IBC, including the valve. Reinforced steel legs provide maximum stability in the event of a fire and anti-static resin, as well as a grounding system, dissipate any charge the unit or product may have. This unit can be used in explosive zones 1 and 2.
Stop by booth 886 at the show to speak with one of our experts and learn more about the benefits of the UL certified IBC. For more information about this product, please contact us at contact.large.packaging@mauserpackaging.com.
