Transaction Will Expand Company's Rigid Metal Packaging Capabilities 

Mauser Packaging Solutions is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Taenza, S.A. de C.V., a manufacturer of tin-steel aerosol cans and steel pails based in Mexico (“Taenza”).

Headquartered in Mexico City, Taenza’s company footprint includes 5 manufacturing facilities located throughout Mexico and over 850 employees. Taenza’s product portfolio incorporates a range of aerosol spray cans, steel pails, and paint cans used by a diverse customer base in the paint, coatings, and chemical industries.

The transaction is expected to be final by April 2024, subject to regulatory clearances.
