Ablauf:

• An individually tailored 18-month trainee program with versatile stations in various locations (such as product development, quality management and plant management);
• Intensive involvement in day-to-day business and working on specific projects;
• Visits to our European locations as part of business trips;
• Demand-oriented continuing education and training opportunities;
• A personal mentor who will assist you throughout the entire trainee program;
• A goal-oriented preparation for responsible activities in a global acting manufacturing company.

Anforderungen:

• A technical university degree, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering, process or production engineering, plastics technology, etc.;
• First experiences through relevant internships;
• Proficient handling of all Microsoft Office applications;
• German and English fluent in spoken and written communication;
• Willingness to travel;
• A goal-oriented preparation for responsible activities in a global acting manufacturing company.
