MAUSER Holds 25th International Know-How and MIPI Conference

Mauser Packaging Solutions, a global leader in solutions and services across the packaging lifecycle, recently invited their Licensing and Know-How partners from around the world to the 25th International Know-How and MIPI Conference in Barcelona, Spain.

 

The conference took place from September 29 through October 2, and offered sessions on technology leadership, operational excellence and innovative products and services. The conference featured a keynote address from Ken Roessler, President & CEO of Mauser Packaging Solutions.

 

Ken welcomed the delegates from over 16 different countries and took the opportunity to introduce the newly formed Mauser Packaging Solutions brand and logo to the audience. Attendees learned that through the combined rich history and innovation of BWAY and MAUSER Group and the global recollection and reconditioning capabilities of NCG and ICS— Mauser Packaging Solutions is the first company of its kind to reliably and sustainably deliver products and services across the entire packaging lifecycle for customers around the globe.

 

Other highlights came from a discussion of market challenges and opportunities, including the selection of the right material, challenges of a circular economy, and the influence of international regulations on industrial packaging, and a presentation on the latest packaging innovations, such as the MAUSER SkInliner IBC, and supply chain solutions beyond packaging, such as the new Drumguard® product which enables the safe and sustainable loading and transporting of drums. Sessions also focused also on the latest developments in blow molding machinery and downstream equipment. On the last day of the conference, attendees toured an IBC production facility at Joint-Venture partner MAUSER REYDE Iberica S.A.
