Mauser Packaging Solutions is looking for a passionate and highly motivated

HR Manager Netherlands (m/f/d)

based in Oosterhout (Breda area).  

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and design of the local organization;
• Advise the local management in HR related matters and implement actions accordingly;
• Supervise the payroll administration for blue & white collar employees;
• Monitor legal and company regulations;
• Coordinate the local compensation & benefits activities in line with HR MAUSER International;
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees;
• Contact and representative on behalf of MAUSER for external consultants, local authorities and organizations;
• Prepare the local budget and headcount planning in line with HR Mauser International;
• Support and create HR reports and ad-hoc analysis as requested;
• Prepare performance reviews with employees and coordinate training measures. 

Your ideal profile:

• University degree in in Business Administration/ Human Resources or similar qualification;
• +7 years of relevant job experience in a senior HR function preferably in an international manufacturing company;
• Ideally experience in payroll administration for blue-collar & white collar employees;
• Strong communication skills Dutch and English is a must any other additional language is a plus;
• Deep knowledge and understanding of policies and labor law is a plus;
• Strong knowledge and skills using MS Office products;
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment with problem solving mind set and hands-on mentality;
• Proven leadership skills are a plus.
